Looked at a few RICs today...

at Truetone Music. One 330 was a fireglo and it was stunning. The fingerboard was just beautiful. I've never seen a nicer looking grain. The body was just as nice but it was the fingerboard that set off the whole thing. I was tempted to trade my fireglo 330 for it. They also had a few older 450s. Good selection of Rics they have.. (as Yoda would say).

Got dem ol' "geetar-huntin' blues" again, Dan?

"I wuz lookin' at them geetars,
my heart wuz all aflame,
man, that bu'ful fireglo,
just a-hangin' there - a godammed shame!

Picked it up and stroked it,
hands a-shakin', body tight with pain.
Man, I got 'dem geetar-huntin' blues,
......... again!"
