I e-mailed the scammer actin innocent saying"hey, I live nearby, if I win, can i pick it up in person?"

He claims the transaction can only be done through the mail.

I emailed Ebay and told them it was a fraud !!!
If you look at his feedback he's been caught at this before with illegal copies of DVD's and software.
