My wife works in a London Hospital. She had horrific tales of a truly sad day. As I watch people coming out of the station tonight my heart went out to all those innocent victims. Ordinary people living ordinary lives, ripped apart by twisted madmen.

Well said Graham....
'Rickenbacker'...what a name! After all these years, it still thrills me.

I spent most of today trying to reach friends in London. Thankfully everyone was okay. I lived in London for two years and just had a visit in September. Today's events really hit home.

I hope our British board members and their families are safe tonight.

Looks like there's no serious damage done this time. Thank God for that!! I sure hope they can catch up with the perps after this one!

Also...... the Test looks pretty interesting, no matter what side you're on. Hope nobody has a ticket for the fourth or fifth day! Image

Howard, I was going to watch the cricket but decided to paint the front step and watch it dry as I find this more interesting!

OK.... so you're not a fan then, Lefty! Each to his own, I say. Hang on.... it's Friday.... shouldn't you be at work??

I've got the cricket on the telly at the moment while a have a look around the forum. I've just put down the 4003 for a rest (me, not it) and an espresso... I'll get back to the bass shortly. It's easy to combine the cricket with other activities..... you just have a look when you hear the crowd roar! Image

Anyhow, the rugby league comes on at midnight - that'll be a bit more exciting.......

Rugby, yawn.... I don't work Fridays. Well I do, but for myself. I have just changed my website name and am scratching my head trying to get it to work. I have a ****** holding page on at the moment. But I too keep getting distracted by my babies, I have just put down my 660/12 - TR25.

And I've got the cricket online here in Florida. Not quite the same as being at Lords....well, nothing is, but you just have to love technology.

A comfortable run victory approaching for the Oz boys to start things off...

I'm on holidays, Peter...... mummy said I could stay up late! Image

We'll see, Wints. If one or two of the lefties and Kevin Pietersen get going in the second dig..... then again, if Warney gets going...... then again, if it rains......
