I'm just saying that's a lot of watts into 1 tiny little 10 inch speaker!

I've had it up pretty loud and the EV holds up very well, although I know it is probably getting no more than about 100-200 watts in real playing situations.

Oh, REAL watts! My favorite is the "peak power" ratings of car stero amps. An instantaneous peak at 8 million watts, but 40 watts rms!

What I mean't was that I was only pushing the amp about that much. This baby can do a REAL 650 watts rms into 4 Ohms. Image

It is amazing that in this day and age, they still use such mumbo jumbo as peak power, total max watts and other such nonsense!
