What do you guys think of this routing?

I added a Gibson EB-0 pickup to my 60's Rick. It does make a BIG hole like that! It's not something I would do again, but it did sound cool.

The unfortunate downside in my case was it weakened the area where the neck joins the body, and the neck angle shifted slightly, making the action higher.

I'm in the process of restoring this bass, and will probably add a maple block to the area to get the neck angle back down.

As long as that bass plays well you are OK.
