Toaster Pickup Covers
Anyone know of a source for toaster pickup covers for the neck position ?

I used to remove the four nut/screws that held the toaster cover to the aluminum back plate to allow the toaster to protrude through the pickguard a little higher. The two machine screws that held the toaster to the pickguard kept the cover together and prevented the coil from dropping out the back!
Not sure if that idea helps in this case.. but I thought someone might find it useful.
I have no experience with newer Ric pickups...
That's a nice looking eight string!
I wish they used this headstock on the 4003S/8, like Chris Squire's bass had when I saw Yes back in the 70s.
