HELP, need new R tail piece

Post by geoff »

Help Needed,

I am the very proud owner of a 330 JG 12 string.
About 4 months ago the R tail piece broke (where it hooks on to the strap button)I have tried to get it through Rickenbacker but they won't send me one because I am in Australia, they will only send it to their distributor here in OZ. The distributor here in OZ who I won't mention won't even try to get me one till the next shipment about 12 months.

If there is any one that can help it would be greatly appreciated as my 12 string is sitting idle.

I am after a crome R tail peice with the 12 slots.

Thanks.

I know this won't help but if I ever find myself feeling hard done to because of the prices we have to pay here in Europe, I just remind myself what a rough deal you get down in Oz. For what it's worth, you have my sympathy.
And losing the second test match by two runs won't help matters either! ;-) Sorry, couldn't resist.

I can understand the fact that you couldn't resist, Ricardo. It was riveting viewing and England thoroughly deserved the win. It makes the rest of the series so much more compelling.

Nice collection of guitars, Ricardo. The Rick rounds it out beautifully!
