Andrew, go here and downlowd the runtime.
It may require a reboot.
Let me know if that helps.

John: The new website is fantastic. I can hardly wait to see more of Rickenbacker's great history.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

Got it! Thanks, Bob, for the Java site. Worked like a charm.
Great site. Extremely easy to navigate. Fantastic info in there, too. Great job, John and Geoff!!

Has anyone noticed that each time you open, it shows a different pic on the homepage?

Just got back from a short out of town assignment.

What a cool site.

Rickenbacker has established an extremely high standard once again. This site conforms to the exacting standards that you apply to making your wonderful instruments. Well done.

Wondered where you'd got to Brian....... It is an excellent site - well laid out and easy to move around. The forum is interesting.... corporate vs. private. Time will tell how the two stack up against each other.

Busy time of year for me Howard.

I understand JH's viewpoint on what different types of viewpoints etc. that can be posted on private vs public forums. I will wait and see what happens. I just hope we don't lose the valuable resource materials and interesting contributions by posters who have frequented this forum on a regular basis.

Having said that, I don't think we will. I think the two will co-exist very well.

Howard, I think the corporate-versus-private differences might be more obvious if you compare the new RIC forum to ..say.. Voxtalks, where heaps of off-topic and political threads seem to pop up. Unless you meant the Halls, etc. directly fielding queries from us consumers. That could be interesting. Image

THIS site is among the most congenial, well-behaved, and 'grown up' of any I've seen. Like Brian said, I think the two will co-exist nicely. I didn't really need another reason to stay online longer, but it's regarding Rickenbackers, so it's okay.

Kelly Just curious? What kind of comments are they censoring or removing?

I was wondering if it was just me, or have these forums become alot less active since the "official" RIC forum opened?

The same old gang is still hanging out here. Nothing better to do than check in to see whats new, I would guess. Well at least that's my excuse.
