Other side of 30, closer to 40

Celebrating my 36th birthday today. Told the wife I wanted a 4001C64S for a present but, alas, nothing Image. Maybe next year. Busting out the 4003 for a workout tonight.

Happy birthday Scott. Just buy it yourself as a b/day present & tell your wife it will double for Christmas as well....she'll understand. Have a good one tonight!
'Rickenbacker'...what a name! After all these years, it still thrills me.

Scott, maybe if she orders it today, you'll have it by your 37th b-day!

I don't remember mine, it was 16 years ago. I remember my 33rd though (you're not a kid at 33)

I retired from playing competitive recreational hockey at 36. Bitter sweet moment in my life.

I love to play but my knees were starting to get so loose from the constant pounding a goaltender subjects them to. Bitter because age caught up with me but sweet because two years later the knees tightened back up and I felt so much better.

Happy birthday Scott. See it does not have to be all down hill.

Thanks guys....Kenn, you're a tease with that pic. Ever since I sold my C64S to Jeff Thomas I've regretted it every day...hope she's well, Jeff.

Happy birthday, Scott. I turned 36 last century - makes me sound really old, doesn't it?

I turned 35 on the 11th. Wave goodbye to the last bastion of youth: the "18-34 demographic".

My lovely fiancé did get me a bass for my 35th (alas...not a Rick - sorry!)

Plus I just got a new red (sports) car...I fully embrace my mid-life crisis!!!!!

Nice bass, Chris, and Happy Birthday!

My wife bought this this week, so she's having my mid-life crisis for me!

Happy Birthday Scott, I moved from Hawaii back to California at 36. Just ask the wife for the 20% down on the 4001C64S, and you'll have plenty o' time to save the rest!
