Factory Warranty Card....I didn't get one?!?

Post by stevefox »

Hi.
Since buying my First and only Ric(so far) in DEcember last year I've since learned that when bought new our Rics come with a Warranty card of some sort.
My Bass came in the Factory Cardboard packaging and as far as I can tell it had not been opened since it left the factory(obviously I could be wrong).
Is there anyway of getting a warranty card for my bass as all the "Case Candy" is fully untouched and intact except for the warranty card which I haven't got.
Thanks in advance and also please correct me if I'm wrong in my assumption about the subject.

Do you live outside of North America? Rickenbackers that go anywhere outside of the US or Canada do not have warranty cards.

Our distributors abroad handle warranty issues should they arise.

outside the USA I think they don't have RIC warranty card.... my V63 purchased in 97 had the "Italian distributor warranty card"..same company that distribute Fenders :-)
