My 4004 L neck appears to pretty much the same thickness of a 4003, but it is a little wider at the higher frets. They are fantastic basses.

Enjoy it! Image

"...feels a little bulky around the neck nothing i cant get used to..."

If I remember correctly Ken, you're a little bulky around the neck yourself. There is another very similar on the 'bay now with 3 days to go that I have been watching. They both look like Jeff Scott's that I have often thought of as very classy (the bass, not Jeff.) Ken/Jeff how does this model sound in relation to other basses? I have tried the walnut version and don't care for the dark sound.
No matter where you go - there you are.

Nice PornoGlo couch Ken Image !

Great score......that's a great looking Cii. I'll have to get one at some point to compare to the sound of my walnut LK and Ci. I think those also sound "like a Ric" with a kick to the lowend so I'd be curious to see what the differences are since I've heard more than once that the walnut version sounds "dark" in comparison.

Congrats!

That red one was mine!

I received it with that damage When I open the case that was the first place I looked because I know that there has been issues with 4004's being damaged in that area - I wanted to die.

Mike the good man that he is made good on it.

Other than the damage it's a sweet playing bass!
