Brian, I apologize if I misinterpreted your joke, I just really don't want to get into any more of those looong stupid arguments either, one starts then everyone jumps in. I hope the flat/round thing is in the past, and please continue to joke because my jokes aren't very funny even though I think they are.
Karl don't worry it was nothing to do with you, we had a long ongoing debate about rounds vs flats here a while ago and I think a lot of us are still a little sensitive about the topic. I was a little touchy tonight anyway. Karl you play upright right? I did a blues show tonight and my K&K preamp krapped out on me right before the show, I think the jack is bad, and then my magnetic pickup was making a noise with every note I hit and this was on a live internet show and I couldn't fix it, grr!

Sorry Bob I was a bit of a spaz in my reaction. I had a very long day today and I guess I was just rubbed the wrong way when I read your post. It's not your fault.....I just tend to go "for the throat" (or just be rude in this case) instead of letting things go. It's a character flaw and probably a byproduct of my line of work.

Cheers !

Jared, why do you always say that? You do play them, don't you?

I'm sorry to say this,... really I am, but sometimes the arguments over rounds and flats are the funniest threads I have ever read.Image

I know how intelligent the people who post them really are,(many more years of experience than me, for sure..) but it makes it all the more funny!

Steve-

Jaymi always gave me cr_p for not posting a pix with me PLAYING my g'tars. But if I'm playing-I can't take the photo.

I don't gig and my better half is not appreciative of "Roundabout, Iron Man and Hotel Kali-fornia".

Even man's best friend has her own opinion...

Unfortunately, I don't gig either.

But luckily, my chick LOVES it when I play. As loud as I want, every night, same old songs over and over again. I think she's just trying to impress me with her tolerance! She doesn't seem to mind my RAS too much either.

My wife likes it when I gig (as long as I bring her, haha!) she likes it sometimes and sometimes doesn't.
