Ric guitar sound
Perhaps when you think about that signature jangle sound of a Ric guitar, a particular song/recording immediately springs to mind?
For me it is invariably "It Won't Be Wrong", by the Byrds.
(love that track)

Mr. Tambourine Man. Period. Makes me smile everytime I hear it, like today shopping at Old Navy.
I find myself thinking: "I've got a piece of that."

Sorry, I'm not very good with my metal-War Pigs?
Seriously though, I have been trying for two years to get a nice folky version of Paranoid down on my bouzouki. I can hear something in my head-please refrain from any comments-but I just can't quite get it. Of course, I would never go anywhere near this tune with an electric (imagine playing Paranoid with the Jangle et al?) but I'm convinced that I can pull something neat off with my bouzouki. It might be the classic re-mix of the 2000s? Maybe I could find one of those rapper guys that could come over and scratch out Dear Prudence or Savoy Truffle over me playing Paranoid on the bouzouki?
I have to stop, this is just getting too weird...

Maybe you could open it with the opening chord from "HDN".
But this is a juxtaposition made in Rick Heaven. Jangle it, man.
