Pity it isn't Sunday 11th as there is a vintage guitar show at the motorcycle museum in Birmingham. (and I will be there) 26th looks bad for me now as my sprog starts uni on that day and I have to take him! (but OK if we met at Newcastle).

There will be hundreds (I hope) of guitars and basses for sale, but I wouldn't hold your breath for a 4005 to be there! I will have some 12 strings with me but they will all be lefties! I may take a 4001 if I can fit any more into the car.

You're right Chris. Lindsay came to the UK not long ago & made the effort to come & see me. It was a fantastic experience & one I can't wait to repeat with my fellow UK forum friends.
There are some very decent, likeable people in this world & a lot of them seem to own Rics....
