AOL UK forum access problems, is it just me?

For the past week I haven't been able to access the forum through AOL UK, when I try, I get a webpage (set out like a forum page, same font and colour) saying the following...

Action Not Permitted -- IP Banned

Due to previous abuse, users from your internet service provider are not permitted to post to, administer, search, or otherwise participate on this board. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Please contact Peter McCormack if this problem persists.

The only way that I can open the forum page is directly through Internet Explorer. No other forums are affected. I have contacted both Peter Mc. and AOL UK and neither seem to know anything about it. Is there anyone else here on AOL UK? If so, are you having any problems? But then I suppose if you are then you won't see this!
