Slippers (fromJared)

Post by charlyg »

Hey Jared, do you sell those horseshoe covers? I would really like to have a chrome one. I'm turning my project into a 4001S and I have a toaster so i'd like to get the horseshoe look. I would have emailed but it is hidden

Charly-

You gotta talk to Jeff (JPS) about the chrome, there are no good chrome guys here.

I'm not retailing the slippers to avoid "issues".

There is a plating shop around the corner of my studio/lab that specializes in small parts.

Jared, what issues could there be from selling the "slippers"? They aren't pickups and they don't look like the plastic covers. If you're in doubt about infringing on RIC's trademarks, just e-mail Mr.Hall and ask. I did when I was having 5-string bridges made and he was okay with it. Besides, I want one too and I have a good plate.
