Ground Wire Question

Post by fab4 »

Hello - I should know this but I don't. I was working on my 450 last night and popped off the ground wire. I soldered it to a post on the input jack thinking that was where it came off and now I get a great hum and poor response from the tone controls.

So my question would be where should I attach the ground wire to the wiring harness?

Thanks Len

I assume you're talking about the ground wire from the bridge. Solder it to one of the pot cases.
