I finally got to see a Monty Brown the weekend of the SoCal confluence, it looked pretty sweet to me.
JETGLO should officially be renamed JETGLO ROCKS! :-)

That was my bass. I had to sell it to use the money as part of a down payment on a car. Its a great bass, I wish I could have kept it. I still have my 4004CII, though, so all is not lost. ;)

Montezuma Brown almost never captures well in photos. You've gotta see it in person to appreciate it's beauty. I actually think it also looks better with the white pickguards of the 4003 than without.

I don't care much for it either...just not my thing. That's why they make different finishes, BBR I love, and some people hate it. Go figure!
