I think Steve wins "best first post" award. He has stumped the best and the brightest of the RIC world.

On the RIC site the word replica is used a lot. Thesaurus says: carbon, carbon copy, clone, companion, coordinate, copy, copycat, correlate, counterfeit, counterpart, counterscript

I dont think it stands for anything in particular, like cars. MK I , MK II etc just a letter allocated to a series??
