Well, they DID look similar.

But Stills was fat, and liked to play guitars that look like wedding cakes...

No, Stills is fat NOW. not then.A guitar that looks like a wedding cake? That could Only be a White Falcon.Which I do not believe he was using till CSN.Gary Cooper??Don't know about that, but in the early 80s, he kinda looked like Paul Williams, who my mom used to say[when he'd be on the Tonite show in the 70s] "looked like a turtle"
[No, Not the band, either!!]

Stills looked like Paul Williams?? Not hardly. Except for his thinning hair, I thought Stills was one of the more handsome pop stars of the time. Now NOBODY looks good except Graham Nash.Of the 'over 60' crowd, I mean. and your mom was right about 'the turtle'. Wasn't he in the WIZARD OF OZ as a flying monkey in a bellhop suit?

Don't know about that, but he definitely got some vocal coaching from The Lollipop Kids...

There are a few of the 'over 60' crowd who still got the goods...for example, George Clinton is still touring...he and his band(s) are playing Red Rocks tomorrow night...
