Wow! Far-out! Nice pickguard, complete with two JB-style pickups. Must be a very rare bass guitar, possibly a Rickenbender...
I sure am glad such mod was not done on a real Rick. Now please, someone grab that thing and smash it against a concrete wall, will ya?

I can see Ricky RIcardo playing that thing. By the way, doesn't McCartney own the theme song to "I Love Lucy"? Both instrumental and with lyrics.

I can see Fred Mertz playing that thing too!
