Nice. On a side note, I'm taking a furniture making class at Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa. You should see some of the birds eye veneer they've got in there. I can't wait to get my planken spankers on that!

Ken, that bass has been there for many months, but yes it is a real beauty.

Erik, at one time that's where ALL the wonderful Maple was going to- veneer. Fortunately for us Maple freaks, the architectural wood style du jour has changed to darker, tropical woods.

Eric,i used to live in Costa Mesa[coastal table] I had an apartment right at Harbor blvd and Victoria.That was in the 80s.

Thats it nice apartment complex secured entrance parking...swimming pool..for a two bedroom i paid $600. a month plus utility's.

I belonged to a gym down the road called Super Body's
I was at Huntington beach for the OP Pro surfing championships the year they had the riot,I almost got trampled on ,on the beach.

The folks selling the Rick at the beginning of the thread say year unknown. You'd think a guitar retailer could figure it out.
