Cheap B6?

Post by matz »

Ebay item 7351835882 is a "maybe" opportunity to aquire a really great guitar for an affordable price. The broken neck will immediately rule out collectors of first grade instruments. With modern epoxies and re-enforcing, a neck job on this guitar is quite straight forward. They'll tell you that they won't sound the same. I've heard two that are gorgeous. I just hope it isn't sold for parts. Aloha, DM

David,
Here is a great thread addressing exactly this issue. However, the bid is already over $400. If it doesn't go much higher, it might be a reasonable purchase.

Richard, No, I'm not in the market, I just wanted to alert members. A bunch Ric parts came up on ebay today so I suspect someone has cut it up. DM
