That string spacing looks horrible and uneven. If it is/was a Blackstar it might be worth getting and correcting the spacing issues. The tuning key spacing on the headstock looks "off" to me along with the TRC looking crooked. It could just be bad pics.

Thats a factory treble pickup for a five string.The fretboard has nothing on it,is it ebony??

that may be a copy with real ric parts added ... the string spacing at the bridge is all screwed up ... but that can be fixed ... I have never seen a 4003s5 with a black fretboard ... perhaps it is a real 4003s5 with a painted or stained or replaced fretboard ... as per the string spacing perhaps the D string has slipped off of its groove ...

The main issue here is the fretboard. My guess is that it's been replaced.

Around the time when RIC was producing the Blackstar, they were also accepting custom orders. I recall JH saying that they made a few 5 stringers like a Blackstar - they were not call a Blackstar and of course did not have a cert. I believe it is all factory original but definitely beat.

and I'm seriously considering it
