Now, guys--would any other major guitar company give you such personal attention?

Three cheers for Rickenbacker!!!

Ben,
Thanks for the update! Thats pretty weird having another crack. I agree with Paul, I couldn't be any more impressed with this situation. Very smooth, informative and positive! I'll give you an A ++++++++++!

Like I said before. . .don't be afraid to switch out my high gains with some toasters.. . .;)

Best instruments, best management, best service, best-------------------Where does it end? The good news is that it, does'nt.

As you can see I am fully convinced that Rickenbacker is the best.

Ben, is there any kind of tracking number you could e-mail me so I can see the progress of Nanakitty's cross country traveling?

I just ran across your posts...

I don't have any tracking number myself but I do know that it shipped out the other day.

Alrighty. . .
I got a 360/12 the other day in the mail and it looks good. Thank you for all your help and assistance throughout this process. I'm having severe computer problems so I don't anticipate too much posting for a while.
Good Day-

were the cracks in the wood or just the finish? couldn't it be the beginning of a more serious problem?
