Philadelphia Guitar Show

Just a reminder to the forum:

Philadelphia's Great American Guitar Show is coming up soon - November 12-13 at the Fort Washington Expo Center (I will be there if anyone wants to hook up).

That's one week after the Mid-Atlantic Rick Fest. I expect Chris Clayton will be selling several instruments at the show, after everyone has a relapse of G.A.S. from the week before!

I have always wanted to make this one. I could never justify the expense to drive that far plus the cost of the room etc. All of the dealers that I've talked to at the Detriot show have always said the the fall Philly and Dallas are the best shows. More buyers from Europe and Japan if you are looking to sell. I haven't seen the Japanese buyers in Detroit in about 5 years, never any from Europe.

I'm coming across (from the UK) for the Dallas show and may be coming to the Philadelphia show too. Good stuff is so hard to find and mega expensive here so it is worth the journey for us (even after we pay 24% taxes and import duties to our wonderful government).

Hi Mike, I will be at Dallas with Graham Griffiths. We will be easy to identify, we will be the ones who look like they have been in the bar all night! I think Graham is taking a cell phone but I don't think that I will have mine with me. We are staying at the Wyndham which is right next to the conference center.
