The headstock seem more narrow than mid - '70's ones as well.

Henny...No Ric is worth more than + $4K?!

You could be wishing that....

How much is this up for now? It is the same bass that went for $2.3K last year and GC wanted $4K for a couple of weeks ago...

OK, so my student angst arose briefly.

Course I'd pay 4K+ for a Ric, provided it was the right one.

I wouldn't pay 4K for a 69 Deluxe, though. No way.

That's not the original treble pickup. It looks like it was lifted from a lap steel. Otherwise the bass looks exactly what I'd imagine a future 4001v68 to be!
