I need a reverb/distort foot switch..any help?

I received my Road Amplifier today.The model number is TR14 with the T scratched out.I guess it is an R14 then.The serial number is XR 002438.Can anyone tell me the year it was made?It did not come with a footswitch.Does anyone know where or how I can get one?Maybe a suggestion of a descent model at a good price...thanks for the help.
