Hi. was wondering about the pots on the 4001. are they audio or linear?

generally speaking ALL passive guitars and basses are audio taper pots .

BUT there are several kinds of Audio taper .

The thing to do is to locate a maker of pots and get there catalog , CTS , Noble ,Mouser ,Bournes,Allen/Bradley,Ohmite etc and see what they offer and what they do .

P0ts are a variable resistor ... that is what these people call them in their catalogs , but you probably knew that already .
So you too want yours "ALAPWOB"?!?!

ummmm, i'm doin ok. I'm still saving up money to build a bass. I have about 200$ and i'm putting a vintage traynor bass head up on ebay soon. I also Have gotten into guitars a little bit and bought a les paul copy done by Raven. After the bass I'm thinking of putting EMG's in it.
