Limited knowledge of English? Wim, I wish my knowledge of another language was a tenth of your grasp of English....it's excellant!
'Rickenbacker'...what a name! After all these years, it still thrills me.

Howard: I'm seriously trying to cut back. At the risk of sounding jaded, I could be happy with the best (10) Ricks I own. The others may soon go on the auction block.

Reminds me of the lady (in Santa Ana!) who attended one of my focus groups years ago. She lived in a trailer and had 42 cats!

But I'll bet the good Doctor smells better than she did.

Gary, do you smell like Rickenbackers?

Now THERE'S a thought.... JH could market that new Ric smell as a cologne: a sure-fire aphrodisiac for either sex, as long as they are trying to appeal to someone who loves Rics! LOL!

It could have the reverse effect........ too much and you'd be off looking for more Ricks rather than other things...... Image

Nah.....But I think I need to go crack open the case to my 381 as consolation--that one and my 1997 both still have the Ric-o-'roma....

One more week, and it's back to REALITY....but that has its own side benefits, too! Image

Apart from the obvious, is hubby bringing back any nice pressies? Where did he have to go to on the business trip, BTW?

Rick cologne would consist of smearing case contact cement all over one's axillae...

Oh, wait, that's Rick deodorant...

ROTFLOL!!! Image

....Paul, somehow that doesn't sound so appealing, after all!

Aitch, I'm not sure what he's bringing back to me, but I'm sure it's going to be good--he has never gone wrong in buying gifts for me--he has impeccably good taste (of course, my Rics were all gifts from him!).....He was in London and France, and he told me he bought me something from the British museum--that's all he will tell me....and that he bought me some chocolates in France (chocolate is my other vice, LOL!).......
