That P bass is so close to the edge of the PG, I don't doubt the rout shows.

Gross! What is it about P-Bass pickups anyway? I wonder why some people put them on Rickenbacker basses.
A Rickenbacker bass is much like the Jaguar E car - perennially ultra-fashionable.

Pull out the extra pickups and knob... Replace the pickguard with a new one... what people donèt see wonèt hurt them. Might be pretty cool.

man the wood under that pickguard must really be chewed up ... the guy should just go get a mim p-bass and leave the Ric alone ...

Hey, I love the colour too...might turn out to be a decent buy as a fixer-upper, although what to do about that bee? I despair...LOL!!!!
