GC Rep stuff

Post by bassduke49 »

Guitar Center has a bunch of Ricks up on eBay right now, several we've seen before. But briefly, around lunchtime today, they had a white 8-string Rick up there. I went back to look for it about an hour later, and it wasn't there. I don't know of somebody jumped on it, or if it was withdrawn for some reason. Now they've got a Mapleglo 73 with some of the desirable features, along with the "rock out like Motorhead," and the overpriced 4000 back up again.

Paul, I think it was a "Silver" 8 banger. Very very rare.

I'll let you know more, in a couple of days.

Nice one there Dave! Any chance of posting an MP3? I've always like the 8 string sound & wondered how a Rick 8 string compared to the Hamers I've seen & heard.
Plus five minus five!

Chris, not yet, but it might come my way.

Bob and Kevin, you gotta come to M.A.R.C. day and play one in person.
I'll have my 4003/8FG there.

I think Brian C. is bringing his JG too.

Dave...

I'd love to, but that weekend is my (will be) 3 and 1-year-old's combined B'day party...

Odd feeling I might have a hectic one!
