just wanted to extend my appreciation to the folks here, especially peter who maintains this for us. it's in the top 5 sites i visit regularly. i've thoroughly enjoyed getting to know some of you and have certainly learned a lot. it's also certainly nice seeing the interaction between us ric owner's and the RIC owner.
