She's finally here!ImageImage

I'm taking her to practice tonight. She needs some cleaning & restringing, but all is in working order. I think the cap is still on, too. I'm going to the city to get a tube guitar amp to use on stage along with the SWR.

Kevin's gonna need some pain killers after having that strapped on his neck for a few hours! Image

Nice score!

Going to the city eh? Moncton or Halifax? If it is the latter I invite you down to see my 72.

That double neck is a beauty... you will need to find excuses in songs to play it.

Halifax, John! I'll be in town Saturday, hopefully in the morning if I can rearrange my work schedule. We're playing a set at a benefit Friday night as well, so I need to switch my Sat. morning with someone at work.
I'm planning to bring my 4000 as well. I'd love to play that MG of yours. It looks awesome.
The 4080 plays pretty good at the moment, but needs new strings badly. That's tonight's job. It sounded great through Ed's Mesa 50W amp. REALLY nice amp, that.

BTW, I played it standing for an 1 1/2 hours at practice with only minor discomfort. I usually start to get a sore shoulder with my 5 string after about 2 hours, so it's not too bad. Still a little awkward to play the guitar neck, just need to fine tune the strap. It seems to be more comfortable using the lower strap button.
Also, no strap locks...I just screw the button back in over the strap. That way it CAN'T fall!
