Do they still have the '86 325 they claim is John Lennon's original RIC? What about the table cards describing how Les Paul invented the electric guitar?
In the past, these folks were simply out of touch with reality. The only good things are that they're just around the corner from The Halkin and I have a gold card that means I don't have to stand in line.
C'mon! What's better than traveling to a foreign country to go into a restaurant that is JUST LIKE the ones everywhere else to pay $12 for an undercooked hamburger?!
I always wanted some kind of documentation for their memorabilia...
There was no '86 325 or any table cards. They had Stu Sutcliffe's bass which was pretty cool and some lefty's old flying V..............(clue in the background!)
But at £1,600,000............I could buy a nice Rick for that!!!
>>Do they still have the '86 325 they claim is John Lennon's original RIC?
HA!
>>Very few were what they later claimed them to be.
Jeeeezzzz... is NOTHING sacred anymore? I haven't even been inside the Honolulu HRC although I drive by it all the time. We might be playing there around X-mas so I'll be sure to let everyone know what they CLAIM to have.
