As you see, it is like a Blackstar or Tuxedo but Red. Of the 38 made 11 are said to be 8 stringers!

I though a redneck was someone that wore tank tops drank lots of beer, and chewed tobacco. Image

For a redneck, it's not a "tank top" . . . those are for sissies and women . . . REAL rednecks wear "wife-beaters". Oh yes, feel the manliness . . .

A FL 4002...21 frets and an ebony board makes a perfect fretless Ric. Now we are talking...

Andrew, I just phoned Blair, my friend with the fretless 4002, and told him about this thread. I directed him to this site and we can expect him to register and introduce himself.

There was another one around here but the vintage dealer sold it stateside a while back. I think it was about a year and a half ago.

Yes, Gary. Yours is the only one I can remember ever being shown here. Is there another that you know of?

Hey Gary, post that shot of me holding your Redneck. The nice one, not the rude one! (I wanted to rub it in Ted's face, poor guy, that I finally got to play one.)

Paul, I think that pic was one of John's; it'll take a little time to track it down (it's under one of the SoCalCon threads, but I can't remember which one off the top of my head).

Ted, I think that a fellow Forumite, who I can't remember, has an 8-string Redneck that appeared some time ago on eBay (I was outbid on it). That's the only other one I know of.
