I talked to them also and they are looking to get as much as they can so they aren't outright selling it until they get a few more offers. I'm on the list with someone else who made an offer and I have a pretty good idea which Forumite it was. Image

It's pretty interesting to see the differences in the carving between the different LK's. The basic layout is the same but some of the vines run along a little different and the leaves look a little deeper or more "scooped"........pretty cool.
