The Searchers Convention 2002

Post by mygeneration »

Hi All,

You can now read our report of last Sunday's convention from The Searchers
site, including pictures.
Also, the latest news page has been updated - and there is a new Searchers
news page written exclusively for the site by Frank Allen.

A very fine job Gary. I trust some interesting discussion will spring from this information. Thanks for the heads up.

Very nice, Gary! And I enjoyed reading Frank's take on it as well. He was very happy to see Tony Jackson, which was the most gratifying thing of all to read. I'm sorry Tony was unable to join the band on stage, but I am so glad he made it to the convention. I wish I could have been there myself.

I also wish we had some more conversations going on about what seems to have been a wonderful event. Hey, how come Mike and Chris didn't attend? (Just kidding, of course.)

Thanks to all who brought Conventional information to this market place!

Searchers amongst my teenage favourite music. Still fond of them, but earnestly a little puzzled they are considered THIS big! But I'm very excited about this forum, and will love to read it regularly, and also contribute!
