Yeah, like Jamie said, you don't have to remove the logo to get the grill frame off of the baffle board, but you'll want to take off the logo so you can shove some plastic between the cloth and the frame in that corner when you go to clean the cloth. You should be able to easily see where those screws go when it's time to remount the logo.
As for plastic to use as a barrier (between the cloth and the frame), you can use anything that's stiff enough to push in there without it folding up. A piece of Formica is ideal, but not many people have that laying around the house.
So just get one of those cheap mylar report covers from an office supply store and it'll work great.
And again, be really careful when you go to pry that frame off. It's made of MDF too, and it can crumble or break if you don't do it gradually.
I know I'm making it seem like a real delicate operation here, but it's not that big of a deal and easier to do than to explain the process. I just don't want you to break anything. I messed up the grill frame on my Princeton Reverb the first time I took it off, and your Twin's frame will flex even more. And obviously the goal is to get it off without breaking it.
