It was a Triumph Spitfire Mark III, 1970 and the colour was British Racing Green.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

1931 Cadillac V16 Fleetwood Sport Phaeton
This was a one owner vehicle purchased new by a steel mogul for his daughter's graduation. She sold it back to the Cadillac Motor Car Division in the eighties for a dollar. It was restored as you see it here in this early '90s photo. If I owned this one I'd be retired now or broke with huge debt. LOL. I love this golden era of automoblies.

Wim: Awesome bike! Great lines. Very rare look for a European bike. Gorgeous.
Peter: There is something very special about British sports cars. I am very particular to Triumphs and Marcos cars. I owned a 1968 GT6, black, dual Strombergs, before the Marcos. Triumph built fab cars. The Daimler SP260 I posted is British as well.
Paul: I absolutely love the Sunbeam! Man! This type of car is too much fun...
Lots of great rides here folks.

Never, ever drool on your surf shirt. It wrecks the solo.

This pic isn't of mine, but I do have a 1963 Nova SS convertible in this color sitting at my sister's house in PA waiting for me to bring it out to CA and restore it. I've been dreaming of driving this car as long as I can remember.

Nice Nova. I plan on putting a big block in mine.
Here's that Canyonero song:
Can you name the truck with four wheel drive,
Smells like a steak, and seats thirty five?
Canyonero! Canyonero!
Well, it goes real slow with the hammer down
It's the country-fried truck endorsed by a clown
Canyonero! Canyonero!
Hey, hey!
Twelve yards long, two lanes wide,
Sixty five tons of American pride!
Canyonero! Canyonero!
Top of the line in utility sports,
Unexplained fires are a matter for the courts!
Canyonero! Canyonero!
She blinds everybody with her super high beams
She's a squirrel-squashin', deer-smackin' drivin' machine
Canyonero! Canyonero! Canyonero!
Whoa, Canyonero! Whoa!

Well, there are some people who genuinely prefer beautiful cars to sophomoric humor.
I'm not sure if I'm one.
