Can't do it. I'm working at Abbey road on the 30th Nov, so could do that evening for a meet. Couldn't bring anything up with me though, maybe a mandolin (train!). I couldn't do a full show untill December on, as I am occupied in the studio all this month.

Looking for a big Spring meet!

OK, I'll profess ignorance - who is Mr Mole (sorry Mr Mole, I know I ought to know who you are)?

As for a date, ok let's do it in spring 2006.

How about SATURDAY 1 APRIL or SUNDAY 2 APRIL, or SAT 15 APRIL or SUNDAY 16 APRIL.

We can sort out a venue once we've sorted a date. Come on guys, we can't let the guys across the pond have all the fun!
enough, already.

I don't know if Simon has the biggest Rick collection in the UK, but certainly one of the biggest. He owns Entwistle's old 4005 and about 50 others - mainly basses. There was a nice article about him in the december '03 issue of Guitar Magazine.

Saturday night is a bad night (gigs), but a Sunday & I'm there....London, or the Midlands.

We've been talking about this for ages & some of it is my fault! I had a sponsor, but business being what it is, my sponsor couldn't tie a date down (venue problems). He's still up for a Spring meet, but let's just do it whatever....

The 2nd or 16th April sounds good at the moment.

Unless there are a lot of "nos" , let's go for SUNDAY 2 APRIL 2006 (School Hols the next week) and I'd suggest a venue at or near the M1 in the Nottingham area - easy by car/train/magic carpet whatever. If people are up for this I'll track something suitable down.
enough, already.

I'd keep the 2nd free, so I'll be there.
