It's about 4 hours north of me.

I think that is the nicest one I've seen on E-bay to date.

You never know....you could be right!

They seem to be buying up a lot of vintage high end guitars over there! I've seen a number of really nice Alembics I was bidding on go that way!

I paid $3k for one with a few minor imperfections a few months back. I'd guess $3500-ish for this one.

Didn't you pop a BIN on that one Brian? Did you hang onto it?
But you know, based on some dealer prices we've seen, I think a CS in this condition could bring around $4000-5000.

I think my CS is the best sounding Ric I own. They are not overrated. Whoever gets this should be mucho happy.

Its a shame i don't have money at this time. Im a poor student, but in Holland someone sells/sold his 4001CS (with certification) for 1750 euro. Its like 2000 dollars or something..
