OK, we've got a date - might be me being Norman Nomates, or we might be overwhelmed with rickies - hopefully!

Anyway, I wondered if those of you with experience of setting one of these up in the US could give me any tips, words to the wise, dos/don't dos etc...all info gratefully received.
enough, already.

Make sure your room is BIG enough.....you don't want guys accidentally dinging up the Rickys when they turn around.....have lots of tables for displaying....chairs for sitting and playing and chatting.....and FOOD, plenty of FOOD! lol!!

You should start a "head count" now that the date is finalized.....

I've got it provisionally marked on the calendar. Make it near a Travelinn or something 'cos some might want to make a weekend of it!

FOOD? With all respect Chris....BEER, plenty of BEER!

Travel Inn? Better still, a pub with rooms....

Lindsay, if you could be here, it would be great, I'd get around to buying you that pint & any more of our US & international friends would also be very welcome.
'Rickenbacker'...what a name! After all these years, it still thrills me.
