Blair's bass sounds better than Jaco's.. I'm not kidding. Jaco's was honky and boomy.. Blair's bass has the honk, but has that Rickenbacker high end to it. It sounds amazing!

well there you go guys...a lil jaco interpretation for ya...live straight into a teac 4 track into adobe audition...mono..added a lil reverb..one take..sent it too your emails bob and jacob...hope you enjoy it

Hi Atsushi, yes it is. The other is DH156. Can you post a pic of your jackplate? Someone else claims the same number. It could be that the stamp is sometimes hard to read.

I think many jack plate are FAKE.
And Mine has possibility...
I want to see yours,too. If the lettering is different...Mmmmmmm.

I did not hear blair's clip... but if there is one thing I have learned in music, it is that no matter how good you think you are, there is always someone who is better. (compliment to blair... his reputation preceeds him where I am from)

That may be true, but I still think Blair is an amazing player.
