I haven't seen a reply here from Mark since Nov. 18th. Hello?

I'd bet between family and backlog of repairs, he's simply prioritized his time.For others needing a quick answer to Rick related questions, May I suggest this; If it's about a newer Rick you have, still under warranty, contact Rickenbacker first. For most anything else, please browse around the excellent archives Peter has set up on this site.If you just do this, I'll bet you find a solution to whatever ails your Rick.

Update as of 12/8/02;
I got an email from Mark confirming what I said above;he's really buried in repairs, and has a couple of ultra priority repairs he is committed to finishing by end of year or sooner, so he just has no time to sit down and type.

The movies are all wrong. It's not "Take me to your leader" it's "Take me to your luthier!!!"

You know, those matians crack me up. They can zoom from galaxie to galaxie in warp speeds, but can't repair a d**n guitar!!!

I remember the "Mars Attacks!" movie, where people were concerned that the language translator wouldn't work.

The martians started running around blasting everybody in sight while talking in Martianese, while the electronic Martianese-to-English translator was booming the translation over the PA, "We come in peace! We come in peace!!"

..."Very Busy" is an understatement with Mark and his shop.You may have to wait, sometimes longer than you would like, but in the end, you just go, "WOW"!
