I visited his website the other day and perused its contents. I believe less than 10% of what Ed has to say about guitars. His postings are akin to a 'Theatre Of The Absurd'. He's a sideshow geek who belongs in Vegas.

That is the UGLIEST piece of merde I have ever seen that was supposedly "built by pros".

Jeez, it looks like the Revenge of Bandsaw Charlie.

A Rick with a Floyd...

Looks like another job for the 'Rick MIB', Paul (or should that be MIJ?). That sort of **** (most of those on the page) shouln't be allowed past the city limits! I'm actually surprised that he doesn't have his own 'lightshow' model.

Only in Vegas...............

Ick, ick, ICK!

Fortunately I don't think that was a real Ric that got butchered--the soundhole looks wrong to me.... That would be an appropriate end for Rickenfakers, though!

Some people just have really BAD taste. Blech.

I think they're wonderful, each and every one of them. In fact, I just called Ed, I am buying the entire page.

I'm sure there would be some on 'another' forum who couldn't get one fast enough!

Like the use of 'Blech', Melissa - highly appropriate!

The third from the bottom is unique...the Les Paul Amoeba model.

Absolutely tasteless, horrible dreck of the worst kind.
Ugh. Ugh. Ugh. Hack. Hack. Hack.

And when you think of what people paid for this stuff.

The 'Derringer Rick' comes with or without pickguard - can't see the point of having one, given where it's situated. More like a 'knob guard'.... and you have to wonder which knob(s)!

Why does he insist on making most of them 'bumless'?
