Mr. X has some great left-handed Rickenbackers, that AG 4001 is really really cool, a real beauty. And yes, I have had the pleasure of communicating with said Mr. X, his status is safe with me. Nice fellow. Image

Only the lefties do. A little bonus for being lefthanded.

Now, if we could only get pricing and availability on par with right-handed stuff, we'd have it licked, LOL...

That is Mr. X's lament. We go to guitar shows and often there will be NO left-handed instruments at all. There are a few advantages though. Left-handed instruments tend to be in better condtion because there are fewer left-handed players, the instruments don't get handled/played/abused as much. Also, left-handed Fenders usually keep their factory necks throughout their lives.

The top pic is two of Paul Boyer's basses followed by Jeff's V63, then Paul with Jeff'f V63. Next is Jeff with my 4003S/8 and me with Jeff's C64. Then a bottle of Leffe. The sorry looking Rick is a project (for someday) that I picked up for a bit over $200. Lots of work. The last pic is my wife and me watching our 7 year old crawling around amongst tens of thousands of dollars worth of Rickenbackers. Yikes.

It was there but our time was so short that not every bass got attention. I still owe you some pics of the Blackstar fingerboard.

I got to pick up the blackstar and plug it in for about 20 seconds Brian, but when I realized that Ted and his Family needed to catch a flight I had to put it down.

But I will play her again. Oh yes....I WILL play her again!
