I want to post a pic of my Mom and her new Ric 330BB but it says that I have to shrink the picture because it exceed 500x500!!!??? How do I do that??????

Hey Paul, If you email it to me I can compress it and post it, if you wanted. It took me a half year to figure it out

Paul, if your using XP try using Windows Picture and Fax Viewer by right-clicking on the picture and select resize, select custom, and type in 400 x 400.
That is usually enough to shrink the image to less than 30K.
