Pearloid scratchplate and rickenbacker swoosh?

Paul, I tried to find white through when I decided to do this, but couldn't find anyone who had the material. The one I have is like a Fender PG:

Yeah, not being negative at all, LH. It looks terrific, and that black pinstripe is the type of thing that lends nice eye candy to your bass--as if it needed it!

The pearl-through stuff can be bought at any acrylic plastics dealer. Different manufacturers have different stock numbers for it, so I just call it "pearl acrylic". The stock people know what I'm talking about...

Lindsay-the pearloid pickguard on my Ruby 4003S is laminated(Fender-style!) like yours. I had originally intended to make a matching TRC and have it silk screened, but when I put the white TRC on it I decided that it looked good enough.
