The body looks just like an early '70's thinline Tele... I'm confused too!
What do you mean the Bass is too loud???

I would be surprised if that is a Fender at all. The "F" hole looks like Asian workmanship to me. Reproduction Fender logos are easy to obtain. So my guess is that it's someones Frankenbass.

I'd bet that there's NO Fender parts on that. The only parts that are *possibly* Fender are: the bridge assembly, knobs, and control panel.
